Project Deposits: A 50% deposit is required before work begins on any project.
Payment Schedule: Final payment is due upon project completion and before website launch.
Late Payments: Payments not received within 30 days may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge.
Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Refunds for completed work are at our discretion.
Clients are responsible for:
Client Content: Clients retain ownership of all content, images, and materials they provide.
Custom Code: Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code developed specifically for their project.
Third-Party Assets: Some projects may include third-party themes, plugins, or assets subject to their respective licenses.
Portfolio Rights: FortunaSites reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
Timeline: Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by client response times and scope changes.
Revisions: Each project includes up to 3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Scope Changes: Changes to the original project scope may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.
Website Functionality: We guarantee that websites will function as designed at the time of delivery.
Browser Compatibility: Websites are tested on current versions of major browsers.
Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services, hosting providers, or external factors.
Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, payment is due for all work completed. FortunaSites reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment, breach of terms, or inappropriate conduct.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Brazos County, Texas.
